“This house was really well located, although on a busy street. We had plenty of bedrooms for our 8 adults and 4 kids, and enough seating between the dining room and kitchen. The big downside for us was the poor toiletries in both bathrooms. Single-ply toilet paper and $1.25 combo shampoo/conditioner feel really cheap for what we paid. Otherwise, we loved the house and had a great stay!”

“This was our family’s second time staying at Marabelle’s place and it’s hard to beat. We really love how walkable the area is and central to both Minneapolis and St. Paul. The kitchen is well-appointed and the house is comfortable for our party of 11.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this large, classic, St Paul home. The main and second floor are full of character, as well as modern updates. The 3rd floor appears to be completely new! The beds were clean and  comfortable and we appreciated how reasonably priced this home was for the amount of space it offered. Improvements could be made on the crumbling front steps, second floor shower water pressure, and missing door knob on the 3rd floor. Additionally, we noticed several mouse poisons throughout the home and multiple ants in the kitchen; there were no other signs of mice thankfully. These did not detract from our time spent in the home and we were happy with our stay. Overall, the home was decently priced for the space it offered and we would stay again!”

“This was an excellent place to spend the 10 days we were in town preparing for and celebrating my sister's wedding. The third floor rooms and bathroom were perfect for my immediate family with young children and the second floor rooms and bathroom were lovely for the older generation of adults. Marabelle and her team so gracious and responsive to any concerns we had.”
