Five Fifty Management
4.57
Five Fifty Management's guest rating of 4.57 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Was the perfect fit for my father and I, we cooked breakfast nearly every morning and we're gone most of the day exploring. Slept well with little to no distractions.”airbnb

“This place had cobwebs and dust everywhere this makes me question the level they clean to between guests. It was such an issue my wife and I looked for another Airbnb but we where not able to find one due to the short notice. I know we should have dealt with it when we found the issue but with no backup plan we dealt with it and cleaned the blankets and stuff on our own however it takes a long time for cobwebs and dust like this to accumulate. I would suggest the owner finds a new cleaner or Airbnb formally looks over this property”airbnb

“I stayed at this property for about a week. The water seemed fine at first, but a few days in I noticed it was yellow and dirty when filling my dog’s water bowl. The host said they were aware of the water discoloration and that it was still safe, but I wasn’t comfortable staying and requested to leave early with a refund for the remaining nights. The host denied my request and stopped responding to my messages, so I left early and ended up dealing with Airbnb support for help.”airbnb

“The stay was good. The stairs to the place were a bit difficult to get up and down with luggage. Once there the apartment can get a fit hot and had to keep windows open to cool the place. Host tried to have window units installed and one didn’t blow cold air and the other wasn’t able to be turned on because there was no plug available. Other than those minor issues they stay was manageable for 3 grown men in the area for work to have somewhere to stay for the week.”airbnb

“Cute place I definitely got bit up by something while staying there, not saying bed bugs but something bit me. Also the host Rene was rude and accusatory even though she was asking if we lost our necklace? It was very strange”airbnb

“The house is very spacious, clean, and the beds were well-made, which was great for our stay after a long flight. Check-in was easy for our group of three. However, we faced some significant issues. The cell signal (AT&T) is very weak in the area, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. More importantly, there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom dripping into the living room. The location is also not very convenient for travelers. It works for a quick night's stay, but these issues need to be addressed.”airbnb

“The place wasn’t bad nor were the neighbors but the furniture was horrible and old as shit, I litteraly sat my bag on the bed in the far bedroom and it started leaning the couch was also rock hard. There was also the blizzard the interrupted my stay and they were incredibly unhelpful.”airbnb

“In all my years booking with Airbnb, I’ve never filed a complaint or left a negative review. My goal here is to offer feedback that can help improve the experience. In business, feedback is valuable—it’s not personal. The home is beautiful and in a great location, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues. The cleanliness and maintenance didn’t meet expectations. Dusty glass doors, unclean stairways, and dirty sheets on the living room couches were disappointing. There were broken handles in the bathroom and kitchen, and bedroom drawers couldn’t open. The grill had no propane, so I had to bring my own from home. The patio chairs were mostly broken with unsanitary cushions. This was booked for my senior parents and elderly grandparents, and they were dissatisfied. When I shared this feedback, the owner simply responded, “we can just leave.” I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the experience for future guests.”airbnb

“The house was totally not what it looks like on the Airbnb App. The house smells old and moldy, the sheets were not washed and were not fully a sheets but pieces of separate cloths covered on each bed. put together in my option, the Chairs are all old in the entire house, the door looks are all old and are unable to lock when you are leaving the house which make us very insecure to stay in the house not knowing what will happen to us over night. the TV, the heat, and some of the lights could not come on in the for the 30 to 45 min. we stayed in the house for. Our experience was very terrible that we have to fine a hotel to stay for the time we were in Minnesota for. We requested our refund, till date, we are yet to here from the host or the co-host.”airbnb
