Five Fifty Management

4.56
Five Fifty Management's guest rating of 4.56 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

I would not stay at this property again. The house is very old and in need of a deep cleaning. During our stay, the air conditioning struggled to keep the house cool, and we encountered a significant number of spiders throughout the property. My daughter has a disability and travels with a trained service animal. After the host became aware of the service animal, the situation became uncomfortable. Following our stay, the host attempted to charge us a $150 cleaning fee, claiming that dog waste had been left behind. As people who take pride in cleanliness, we were surprised by this accusation. In fact, we left the property cleaner than we found it. Before leaving, we completed a thorough walkthrough and took both photos and video documenting the condition of the home. When I asked the host to provide evidence supporting the claim, I received conflicting responses. Initially, I was told there was proof, but later I was informed that no proof could be provided. beware they are scam artist

The Airbnb wasn’t at all what was advertised on the Airbnb website. The house was unlivable! The oven was corroded so you couldn’t cook. There was broken glass on the deck as if a window had been broken. The basement had flooded and the stairs going downstairs were wet and filthy. The entire place was unhealthy for anyone to live for any length of time! I have been working with Airbnb and have yet to receive the remainder of our refund! I don’t generally like to leave reviews like this but I would not want anyone to experience this home and the issues we have encountered!

Everything was great until we couldn’t use the pool the first day because it was dirty nobody responded to us for over 10 hrs on how to turn the pump on to get it cleaned for our birthday party the following day. They still didn’t tell us how to turn the pump on so it was kinda a bummer with low communication at all

Our check-in was unclear, given a 3 pm early checkin but not notified until 4pm. No replacement trash bags. Rust stains in bathroom did not match photos. Flooding occurred during our stay which didn’t allow our hockey team to use appliances. I wish I could share video! Over 24 stays, and this was by far my only bad experience. Partially refunded at 290. Unresl

This place had cobwebs and dust everywhere this makes me question the level they clean to between guests. It was such an issue my wife and I looked for another Airbnb but we where not able to find one due to the short notice. I know we should have dealt with it when we found the issue but with no backup plan we dealt with it and cleaned the blankets and stuff on our own however it takes a long time for cobwebs and dust like this to accumulate. I would suggest the owner finds a new cleaner or Airbnb formally looks over this property

I stayed at this property for about a week. The water seemed fine at first, but a few days in I noticed it was yellow and dirty when filling my dog’s water bowl. The host said they were aware of the water discoloration and that it was still safe, but I wasn’t comfortable staying and requested to leave early with a refund for the remaining nights. The host denied my request and stopped responding to my messages, so I left early and ended up dealing with Airbnb support for help.

Cute place I definitely got bit up by something while staying there, not saying bed bugs but something bit me. Also the host Rene was rude and accusatory even though she was asking if we lost our necklace? It was very strange

The house is very spacious, clean, and the beds were well-made, which was great for our stay after a long flight. Check-in was easy for our group of three. However, we faced some significant issues. The cell signal (AT&T) is very weak in the area, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. More importantly, there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom dripping into the living room. The location is also not very convenient for travelers. It works for a quick night's stay, but these issues need to be addressed.

The house was totally not what it looks like on the Airbnb App. The house smells old and moldy, the sheets were not washed and were not fully a sheets but pieces of separate cloths covered on each bed. put together in my option, the Chairs are all old in the entire house, the door looks are all old and are unable to lock when you are leaving the house which make us very insecure to stay in the house not knowing what will happen to us over night. the TV, the heat, and some of the lights could not come on in the for the 30 to 45 min. we stayed in the house for. Our experience was very terrible that we have to fine a hotel to stay for the time we were in Minnesota for. We requested our refund, till date, we are yet to here from the host or the co-host.

so i would not recommend anybody to stay here if u care for your mental well being. as we were sitting on the couch we saw a adult rat run across by and go under the couch. i was so freaked out and disgusted it was 3 am im trying to eat and this is what i see. ofc i reacted as any human would and got scared just to hear another rat coming from the heater area and what do we see…. a fucking baby rat stuck on a sticky rat trap insinuating that this was a previous issue and nobody cared to inform us. we brought it up to the host only to hear crickets until she finally text back letting us know she knew about this problem and that the previous guest before us had said they saw rats roaming around as well and that’s why she laid the trap under there and decides to offer a only a half refund for this terrible inconvenience. i don’t recommend i don’t think anyone should have to be put in a situation like that i damn for sure would not have booked if i had all the information up front.
