“Nice place for a quick weekend getaway. Great location if you want to enjoy the amenities of Breezy Point.”

“This was an unfortunate situation. The listing is hosted by one company (Leavetown) and the property is managed but another company (Capital Management) on the property of Breezy Point resorts. The listing did not match what was available at the property. The "golf view" was a bunch of dirt piles and construction equipment. There is no king bed, only two doubles. The washer and dryer are not in unit- but up at the main resort building. When I contacted the listing company, I was referring back to the management company. however, the management company had no control of the rate or the property or any ability to change the listing. After multiple messages to the listing company, they finally aggreed to communicate with each other about these discrepancies. However, before you book- I would call Capital Management to verify if the listing actually matches what your rental will be.”
