“This home was truly a 5-star stay. It was incredibly cozy and comfortable, nicely stocked with everything we needed, and the views were absolutely stunning. Having beach access made it even more special. We loved winding down our summer here with a little family getaway, soaking in the sunsets, enjoying the beach, and savoring those last little bits of summer together. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again!”

“The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, on a small lake about a 10 minute walk to a private beach on Lake Michigan, and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Holland and Grand Haven. Our family had an amazing vacation!”

“What we loved: the location being close to some bigger cities for ease of groceries and such. The place was very clean and had good amenities. It did not have a TV, which is on me for not realizing it when we booked. Personally I don’t care, but we had young kids and usually allow them a movie or quiet time here or there. We loved being right on the beach. What we didn’t like as much was it being listed as a private beach with private access. Neither of which felt accurate. People used the path to the beach next to the house like an easement rather than it being private. They weren’t disrespectful, but it felt weird. Also with the house being the closest to the boardwalk, everyone in the HOA and area seemed to either use what I thought would be “our spot” as their spot to set up, or walk through it. People also docked their boats frequently and used the beach as well. Again, most people were fine, but it was loud and at times crowded. I just think it’s a stretch calling it private.”

“Absolutely loved our stay. The beach access was fantastic. House had plenty of room, lots of games for the kids, and great location. Felt cozy and right at home.”

“Great spot, easily fit 3 families and plenty of room for the kids to play and explore. Within 20 minutes to fun downtowns and beaches. We would stay there again!”
