“We had a good stay here. The house was nice, comfortably slept 10 as described. The backyard and deck on the river were great to hang out and have a fire at night, or play games during the day. We had a minor problem at check in where we were sent the wrong door codes but were able to reach the hosts on the phone and get it resolved fairly quickly. If you do have the maximum people plan on bringing extra towels and possibly extra silverware if you are cooking. To be fair the listing did make note of the linens, we just ended up washing as needed. Hosts were quick to respond to messages and friendly/accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Good location, short drive to town for supplies. Thanks.”

“overall amazing trip”

“Condo is dated and very well loved. Nice location but could use updating as you can tell it’s been used ALOT. Bathroom walls and door were dirty with items crusted on. Not enough supplies like toilet, shampoo, etc were left for length of stay. Tv in the living room is old and has no streaming capabilities. Just basic tv utilizing an antenna. Washer only washes on hot despite the setting it’s put to.”

“My wife and our family had the greatest weekend here. The house and location are beautiful and we’ve discussed this being our favorite house we’ve been to in the area (we do a few trips each summer to the traverse city area). Beautiful views every day and the house was very clean. We’ll be back!”
