“Was a good home for our family”

“This is a fantastic house for a larger group, with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a ton of space, and direct private access to beautiful Long Lake. We were there for a family celebration, and it generally worked well for that purpose, though the older members of the group struggled with all the stairs and steps, very high beds, and high-sided baths (my parents had to sleep in the children’s twin room as the most accessible option, and that was upstairs on the second floor). Therefore this house doesn’t currently score well for accessibility. Everything else was great: the rooms and beds were comfortable, the views stunning, and it was nice to have kayaks. I would definitely return with a different group of people.”

“The house was clean and well taken care of. They meet you at the house and go over everything that you may want or need. We did have some water pressure issues. Be aware if you have health issues there are many stairs both inside and leading to the lake. I would definitely stay there again with a large group.”

“Can’t get much better than this for a Traverse city rental. Beautiful location right on the water, 15 minutes or so from downtown traverse, gorgeous homey interior and very clean. I would highly recommend this. The only downside is that the neighbors are sensitive to noise. We had a bachelor party though and had no issues.”
