“We stayed in 201. It was a great space. We came in for a wedding and had a great stay. Although, I wish we were able to use the space longer it was very spacious and private with a bedroom up and on the main floor. I would definitely stay here again. Decorated nicely and the beds were super comfortable! A+”

“Peaceful condo complex tucked in the woods but great beach access and convenient beach house with bathrooms and tables. Main condo association center had fantastic indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pool wasn’t open yet in early June. Only two issues in condo to be aware of-queen bedroom downstairs is rock hard and we could not use with any degree of comfort. We moved one couple to our other friend’s unit for a more comfortable bed. If A/C is on, no matter what temperature it was set to, it pumps frigid air into basement level which is where 2 of the bedrooms are. The upper two levels were at least 10-15 degrees different. Only way to keep everyone comfortable was to keep heat on at a low temperature to prevent the A/C issue. Probably not an issue in the heat of the summer. Overall it was a great value and beautiful location, very quick drive into either harbor springs or Petoskey.”

“We enjoyed our short weekend getaway! The airbnb was clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Some areas could use remodeling, but overall it was a very nice space. Great location within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. The drawbridge and cars do cause some noise.”

“Our stay was short but very nice. Traveled with my parents in their 80’s. The elevator was a great addition to their ease in getting to 201. The 201 condo was on the south end and the view was fantastic. The inside was very clean and comfortable. My parents loved the space and felt right at home. Charlevoix is a beautiful city and we plan to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in the beautiful 201. We will plan another trip and will look for the 201 as our home away from home.”

“This was our first vacation where we took our dogs with us. So it was a learning experience. I would not necessarily recommend this unit if your pets are easily spooked. The unit is right next to the main entrance door for guest and it was constantly being slammed, often time through out the night. The outside also had dog poop scattered everywhere, by no fault of the host but the condo/hotel. The receptionist, when I explained that we had our dogs with us, was not the kindest. I had added the dogs to our bnb booking but wanted to make sure they knew as well. She acted as though I was a nuisance to begin with. We enjoyed the walkability and the ability to see the bridge go up and down from the screened in patio. We were also happy that we came at the time we did because the patio looked into the hotel pool, making it not the most private.”
