“Place was nice and cozy though cooking supplies were somewhat limited and there was regular trouble with the bathroom light.”

“The trundle bed is way too small to accommodate any adult. The picture on the listing with its pillow arrangement seems staged to mislead. The floor plan drawing showing the second bedroom is even more misleading. I saw the trundle bed (never heard of one before) in the listing but still took a chance on this rental because it says "6 adults max". My guys were not happy having to sleep in child sized beds.I would advertise this unit as having "one king sized bed, one pull-out sofa, and two child beds. Otherwise really nice place.”

“Decent stay - my only complaints are that it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and when we tried to open the window, the back window didn’t have a screen and let in bugs.”

“This was our 3rd stay at slabtown and 2nd in this apartment. We have always loved it and had great stays. This time we noticed water damaged cielings. Our last morning we were woken up to them leaking. We mitigated it the best we could and packed up and left early so they could deal with it. We did get a good refund and they were sorry about the inconvenience. However, they stated they had no prior knowledge of this issue but the water damage was definitely there for a while.”
