“Nice clean place fairy close to the lake and the city.”

“Easy check-in/out, very clean. A lot of noise from above unit can be heard in this unit, including crying babies, people walking around, and up and down the stairs.”

“We would not stay here again, not worth the price. Musty smell, seemed like it needed a really old update and cleaning. Not horrible, but for the price, it wasn’t exceptional.”

“Parking was not available as advertised. The parking lot was dark and difficult to navigate during a later arrival. The entrance was difficult to locate. The hallway smelled musty, Smokey and bit like a gym bag. The room had an extreme drop upon entering that almost caused injury. The room was extremely dusty and moldy with a large thick wire hanging over the bed. The bed would have needed to have been moved to avoid during sleeping, but the room was too small to accommodate that. We both have asthma and allergies and this room was just not habitable for us. We notified them within an hour that we were not happy with the accommodation and that we were leaving. I was told someone from the management company would contact me and it has been o we a week, with absolutely not response. Do yourself a favor and do not book here or with this company. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.”

“I stayed on Saturday, May 30 2026. During my stay, I noticed lots of mold on the shower curtains, water damage on the ceilings, and sink drainage issues. I reported these concerns to management. Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not meet expectations, and the maintenance issues significantly affected the experience. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.”

“Disappointed that none of the shared hot tubs on the roof deck were in sanitary condition. We could not use any of them as we were concerned about health issues from the maintenance neglect.”

“There was lots of pros and cons to this place. Pros the house was perfect for the amount of people we had with us (12)and everyone had their own bathroom. Lots of space no one felt on top of each other lots of games and stuff to do. The only Cons the kitchen didn’t have any kitchen towels, kitchen washcloths, pot holders. The dishwashers stuck out from under the cabinets and you couldn’t open them very well. You couldn’t even really use them. And the trash cans that sat by the road were already full so the trash we put in there animals got into and it was all over the yard. We had to pick it up. And the pictures were deceiving because it looked like it was just like a five minute walk to the beach, but that’s not the case, and you couldn’t park down by the beach without having a parking permit and there was no way to get a parking permit, which was very discouraging because that was the whole reason we picked this place. But overall, this place was a nice place to stay.”

“Stayed here this past weekend with my family of 5, three kids. Messaged Riley that there was no hot water out of faucets nor showers. I messaged property manager. I was told to check breaker, which nothing was wrong. No follow up next morning. Asked for a discount since no one was able to shower, including 1 year old, which I brought a tub for. Was offered $11 discount for inconvenience. Plenty of places to stay in TC, I’d recommend staying somewhere else”
