“Traverse City and surrounding area is packed with things to do, great restaurants and beautiful scenery. The unit had two comfortable beds and plenty of room to move around. The kitchenette was enough for us to make a small meal before heading out for the entire day. Some of the items listed for the unit we’re missing and it appeared that the cleaning crew missed quite a bit. Our concerns were expressed through messages and feedback through the Airbnb website. The missing items were replaced, but not in the timely manner as promised. The items missed by the cleaning crew were addressed with a promise to tell the management. All in all, it is a nice simple unit in a great central location. With a little effort put into making some corrections, this place could become a great stay.”

“High ceilings and clean room were nice. Location is within 10 minutes of downtown so that was great. Hot tubs need maintenence, they were a huge selling point for us booking but they were dirty, didn't have enough water, and half of them were broken! Also, this property is managed by a company not an individual so if you're looking for a more personal communication stay, you won't find it here.”

“Good location, room was what was pictured. 2 beds and a bathroom. Clean sheets. Only complaint was a lot of bugs inside the apartment and shower had some staining.”

“We stayed here for a wine tasting trip in Traverse City. Location was convenient to where we needed to be. Traffic is noisy, but nothing can be done about that. The place itself was ok, however we thought it was more of a studio apartment/condo type. It’s an outdoor motel that has been renovated. The room was clean, the mattress has a large indent/hole that you fell into on the left side. Sleeping was uncomfortable. The people above us were very loud, at 2 in the morning and you could hear them walking, stomping etc. If this were a motel with an office, at least would be able to speak to someone about the noise. Also, door lock is just a regular keypad lock with the typical motel lock above it. Recommend a dead bolt. Overall, it was clean and had a convenient location. But we typically don’t stay in the outdoor motel type of accommodations and were expecting something different. I may have not saw this in the description, but figured I would pass it along for others.”

“The location couldn't be better! For the price, it's a fine stay! A few updates would be nice, however! Like the fridge and the cabinets under the sink need securing. Overall, good!”

“This place was absolutely disgusting! Stains on the bed frames, visibly dirty toilet brush left out, dirt, dust, and hair all over the ground. Glade plug in gave me and my guest a migraine instantly. Mold and mildew on the windowsill and in the bathroom. One of the bed frames were broken so we had to sleep in the one that had stains all over it. It was truly so gross and walking around left our feet covered in stuff on the ground. Also, it’s not an apartment it’s a motel. Sound travels very clearly from unit to unit and from the outside. This is a really inexpensive option but no one should stay here - it’s not worth how gross it is.”

“Riley allowed early check in which was much appreciated! Location is great, close to everything you need. Furniture in living space could use some updating, uncomfortable sofa bed. Overall a good stay.”

“Parking was not available as advertised. The parking lot was dark and difficult to navigate during a later arrival. The entrance was difficult to locate. The hallway smelled musty, Smokey and bit like a gym bag. The room had an extreme drop upon entering that almost caused injury. The room was extremely dusty and moldy with a large thick wire hanging over the bed. The bed would have needed to have been moved to avoid during sleeping, but the room was too small to accommodate that. We both have asthma and allergies and this room was just not habitable for us. We notified them within an hour that we were not happy with the accommodation and that we were leaving. I was told someone from the management company would contact me and it has been o we a week, with absolutely not response. Do yourself a favor and do not book here or with this company. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.”
