“I would recommend this house for people looking to stay in Suttons Bay. It was a perfect location to travel around the Leelanau Peninsula. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The management company was incredibly helpful and friendly with any issue we encountered.”

“Starting with the + 1) location in Suttons Bay cannot be beat, 50’ to the public beach, on the leelanau trail,shops/restaurants at your doorstep. 2) property manager was responsive (arrived with luggage for a week to find no closet with hangers, management sent a garment rack the next day). 3) kitchen was well equipped (though scratched Teflon pots/and pans are a def no-go.) 4) Parking space directly in front of the door! 5) bed was comfy. 6) Lots of clean sheets and towels. Negatives: felt neglected in cleaning and maintenance. 1) smelled musty (we bought deodorizers) 2) carpet badly stained throughout (I wore slippers), 3) paint peeling in shower, 4) bath mirror hanging crooked, cobwebs on the light fixture/walls (don’t know how a cleaner would miss this) 5) shower head full of limescale 6) antique bureau unusable (drawers smelled 100 years old) 6) antique pie safe takes too much space in studio (just mount tv to wall). Place has lots of potential but needs a refresh, esp flooring.”
