Sans Souci in South Haven, Michigan

“Chad's place meet our expectations, and requirements for our week long family's Michigan vacation. We have 4 grandsons, which loved playing in the backyard and in the little child's house. The yard provided great privacy and perfect for our annual kickball game. The game room was a nice addition and being separate from the main living area was nice on keeping the noise level down while others relaxed. Beds were comfortable, and the accessibility of the beach was as described. We did have some issues with a smoke alarm, and Chad was very responsive in solving this minor problem. We liked the out door shower, which made it very easy to clean the kids prior to entering house. We will consider staying at Chads place again.”

“Had the opportunity to meet up with friends and kids at the beach house just north of South Haven - I would highly recommend! The private beach access is really fun with the tram system and South Haven and Saugatuck are great cities right nearby. This is a big house with a good setup for couples or kids (or couples with kids). No complaints, we actually accidentally left an item at the house and the team was able to help us get it back after checkout... not something that I would normally expect! Definitely recommend!”

“The family has agreed this was the BEST vacation spot hands down. The house was very clean and big enough for us all. I liked having the back patio/sunroom as a quiet place to enjoy coffee or read in the morning. Easy access to the lake, very quiet area and walkable, with grocery shopping a short drive away. Having a backyard for the grandkids to play t-ball and soccer was a great hit! The playhouse was also a hit! The adults enjoyed the game room and the firepit in the evening. We've already decided we will be back!! Thanks Chad!”
