“We had a great stay! Chad was very responsive to my questions. View was amazing! The beach was very private didn’t see that many people at all. You could walk a long way on beach. Loved the hot tub and fire pit! The house was very clean and well stocked.”

“The spot was great for a few families staying together. With each of the 4 rooms being spacious and having their own bathrooms, it was the perfect set up. The kitchen was nice and big with whatever tools we needed to make our own food. The pool was a huge plus - since it is not heated, it was a bit cold but nice on hot days. The location was awesome being only a 10-15 minute drive from downtown and Oval Beach. Lots of incredible food options and Farmstand Deli as a staple nearby. Would definitely stay here again. We had a few things break while we were there and Chad was very responsive and the handyman was so kind and helpful to fix the next day!”

“The only thing better than enjoying a beautiful summer weekend in Saugatuck, MI, is calling this beautiful, comfortable, quiet, perfectly located loft “home” for the weekend! The loft is comfortable, clean, thoughtfully supplied with the necessities (and also a few much-appreciated treats), and is literally just steps away from the from the water, the Saugatuck Playhouse, and so many, many restaurant and shopping options. Check-in was smooth and exactly the instructions described. The loft's designated, reserved off-street parking makes quick trips around the area easy and worry-free. And, as a bonus, Chad, the host, is available, responsive, and welcoming from reservation to check-out. We are already looking forward to our next Saugatuck escape and calling the loft “home” once again!”

“I would highly recommend David’s place for someone looking for a cozy and private stay. The fenced in yard was secure and perfect for our dogs. His place was clean and comfortable, as well as close to a lot of the things we wanted to do for n the area. David was one of the kindest hosts we have encountered and for that we were extremely grateful.”

“Chad’s place was beautiful from the entry way into the modern and spacious living areas, bedrooms and screened in porch! The added special touches like, coffee, coffee grinder, nespresso machine, doggie treats, hair bands ( always need one when traveling 😋) a special refrigerator 4 pack of bubbly water and local brew…such welcoming touches! We felt so comfortable and enjoyed our time because of Chad’s beautiful Airbnb .”
