Great location, minutes from downtown! Mostly worked well for our group. Pretty well stocked for kitchen needs (pots/pans, drinkware etc) which made it easy to cook at home. Comfortable beds. Although the home is fairly new construction the quality just didn’t match the price for us. Also we rented this based on the photo of the bunk room (2 twin size bunks) but when we got there it was a twin/full bunk combo with a trundle. Very disappointing for our kids who were excited to sleep in bunk beds for the first time and expecting to have their own separate bunks.

The condo itself was fabulous! The outside property was also wonderful with wonderful deck, beach and pool. The only reasons for not giving 5 stars on everything is the design of the building. So many stairs made for tough arrival and departure. Plus the building doors and courtyard gates didn’t always work - very inconsistent. The condo code always worked. I think the listing description needs to state how challenging it can be navigating the building and stairs. With all that being said, we had a great trip! Love the town and the actual condo and outside property. Only complaints are the inconsistent building/outdoor access and the stairs - up/down/up/down just to get to our unit. We got used to it, but not fun if you were carrying anything.

Great location, a 3 minute drive from south beach and Kids Corner Park; even closer to downtown, but still a quiet street in the evening. Was clean and as described in the listing. Though it’s an old home and the upstairs was very warm (it was in the low/mid 80’s outside).

The house was great but parking was an ongoing problem. Nasty neighbors insisted we were in their way as we unpacked our cars-thanks for the cordial greeting🙄 The nastiness continued. We rented 2 homes and split up our 8 grandchildren who enjoyed going between them. They found a shortcut through another neighbors yard who proceeded to SCREAM at the children for such a serious offense. I would not recommend this house to families with children who are interested in easy passage to the beach Very few beach items provided

Upon checking in the first thing I did was go to the bathroom. I noticed hairs on the floor. Then saw there was food/stains on walls and counter sides in kitchen. It looked like someone had done a quick wipe off of the counter without scrubbing the food crusted on it. One of the master bath sinks was clogged. The basement tv (one of only two TVs in the place) kept asking for a code. We asked the management for the code and they had to follow up with the owners. Then the next day we got a message saying the owners were claiming we bought something off their Paramount account which no one had watched. We asked for details and never received a response. The grill was broken, which we didn’t discover until after we’d bought food to grill. The worst part of our stay was our son not sleeping the first night because his bed smelled like pee. Sure enough, there was pee on the mattress that reeked. I have no idea how the cleaning service didn’t smell this when changing the sheets.
