“My husband and I have used Airbnb almost 15 yrs now and this is the first “bad” experience we’ve had. I miss the days of real people and hosts who take care and pride in renting their spaces. I should have listened to the other reviews on poor communication with this company. It was an awful experience - they are a big corporation using AI software to “talk” to guests which made it very difficult to get answers, and options when we ran into issues with our visit due to the wildfire smoke. They (the robot) was not very understanding or kind about the situation - I understand that they have a strict cancellation policy but they could have worked with us and Airbnb to utilize Airbnb’s policy on major disruption events which they refused to do so we only got a partial refund for something beyond our control with environmentally hazardous air quality. I’m sure they will have an autogenerated reply to this review. Just know what you are getting into if you choose to rent.”

“We stayed here for several days in early July and had mixed feelings. The unit was clean, well-stocked with linens, and the pullout sofas worked well for our kids. The photos were accurate, parking was easy, and downtown attractions were within walking distance. The biggest issue was noise. The bedroom wall shared with the neighboring unit was extremely thin, and we could clearly hear conversations through the night. The white noise machine wasn't enough to block it out. After the first night, we contacted the host, who directed us to an unstaffed front desk/security desk, and the resort phone line didn't work. A few days later, the management company apologized and implied they'd make it right, but ultimately said no refund would be issued and that noise complaints were the police's responsibility. A police report was made, but nothing was done, and neighbors were still heard. Nice property, but we wouldn't stay again due to the noise and poor response.”

“Condo property has very nice landscaping & was clean inside. This particular one is definitely not set up for 3 people . It’s way too small. Sofa beds are not a real pull out sofa with a mattress. They were quite the pain to put together & take down. Not comfortable for normal size people. Bathtub/shower combo is challenging climbing in & out of the wide frame for shorter older people. It’s in a nice quiet location, 15 minute walk to restaurants & shops. Don’t plan on cooking, no pots & pans. It’s great for a solo person stay.”
