“We had a wonderful time! The backyard is adorable, and you can't beat the walkability to downtown. We would definitely recommend staying here, though we do suggest the host gives the floors a deeper clean before the next guests arrive. Aside from that, it was a fantastic experience!”

“My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay here with our dog. The place was cozy and in a beautiful area. Easy to walk downtown to Saugatuck yet still far enough away from everything to have peace and quiet. The place was extremely clean and cozy too!”

“We enjoyed our stay in Saugatuck. The house is just like the pictures! There is ample room, and the backyard is a wonderful place to relax and hang out. Just a couple of things to keep in mind, coffee and tea are not provided, so bring your own and check-in is late and check-out is early compared to other AirBNBs we have stated at.”

“Without notice, the owners had someone come to the house to do some work on the exterior of the airbnb. All of a sudden there were loud bangs and a strange man at window height, which was alarming and felt like a violation of privacy. They also woke our sleeping infant which was very frustrating. The main entrance into the master bedroom did not lock from the inside. We had to lock it from the outside and then walk all the way around/upstairs to the other entrance. There was nothing in the description about the interior stairs, which were incredibly steep, short, and slippery. We did not feel safe holding our baby and going up and down. There wasn't any Tupperware which defeated the purpose of staying at an Airbnb versus hotel. The owner sent an "apology" for the inconveniences which was clearly straight from ChatGPT which again was frustrating.”

“We loved the location. The place itself was okay. It had every appliance except a stove/oven… We would of used a stove top for a warm breakfast. The bed was comfortable enough but the A/C had to stay on to keep the place cool. The A/C is only in the main room so we were unable to close our bedroom door. The Futons were very uncomfortable to sit. My daughter was unable to sleep on it, she moved to another rental. My son said it was okay to sleep on but the A/C blew on him all night, that was too cold. I would not rent this place again for anymore than 1 bed. To note we really only showered and rested or slept at the rental. Majority of time was spent outside this place. I would recommend switching out the full size dishwasher for a stove top. Throw the old futons out for something comfortable to sit on. The shower was amazing, the sink area was very small. Overall great location.”
