“Great place to stay!”

“Perfect space and location for our large family (+10) July 4th trip. The place felt small and intimate but large and roomy at the same time. The home has four common areas: living room near kitchen, family room with TV and screened porch, basement with ping pong table. It was nice having different areas to spread out. The property has a hill on one side that makes the lot feel more private. The kitchen had all the utensils, containers, etc to cooking for a large party. They have kids books and other kids items which my daughter enjoyed. Place is close to downtown Pentwater and to other small beaches. Only negative is the grill wasn’t working when we arrived and I specifically asked about it after seeing another review say it wasn’t working. We diagnosed the problem (pellet auger not moving) dat 1 and they showed up with a new grill the next day.”

“Beautiful AirBNB. Very roomy and private. Location: perfect spot for Pentwater! Super close to Bass lake outlet and mears state park, along with shops in town! Not too far from dunes either. Kitchen: had ample amounts of dishes to choose from, and cookware! Brought my own but didn’t need any of it! Lots of space to cook and eat with a large group Bathrooms and bedrooms: comfortably fit 11 adults! Lots of bathrooms, and super helpful for our large group! Living rooms: great spaces, TV was easy to use. Basement: we did not use at all… I didn’t even go downstairs… Communication: Got lots of proactive communication, and quick response- however got lots of potential fee warnings that ranged from $50-$1500! Was very anxiety inducing and made the trip less enjoyable due to fear I would get charged for something crazy! Felt like we cleaned the place so much they could’ve let the cleaners have the day off because I was too worried we would be charged for something minor! :(”

“cute place to stay with friends, unfortunately the grill did not work. The place was clean, but was turned of by the message half way through hour trip about a possible $500 fee if they determined the place need an extra cleaning once we left, we always keep the places we stay at as clean as possible and treat like our own home. also was a warning that if we were still on the property anytime after our check out that there was another $500 fine. we've always been good at leaving before our check out times. this made use a little disappointed in the place. overall cute and nice place to stay.”
