“We stayed when the rate was lower so felt the value was good based on what we paid. The issues experienced are owner issues - not management co. issues. It’s clear they do a great job with the property given its current state and owner’s lack of updates. The place was clean. Nice sheets/towels which I suspect management provides. Kitchen is not fully stocked. The owners have junk cookware/utensils I would pass up from a free bin at a garage sale. 6 forks for a place that sleeps 10. A couple mugs. Bring an oven mitt. The water is very hard so we did bring our own. It smells like sulfur and tinges clothing orange. Downstairs shower has no water pressure. I had to fill a plastic cup to rinse out my daughter’s hair. The photos show a living room with two couches - another pic shows one brown leather sofa. Unfortunately the single very uncomfortable brown sofa is the reality. Overall, it’s in need of major TLC/updates. We booked it based on affordability, but wouldn’t stay here again.”

“We loved the location and the spaciousness. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 people not 10 but nice that way. The house definitely needs upgrading and general repair. Surprised at all the leaves everywhere on the decks we tried not to track in. Over all gorgeous location and beautiful sunrises”

“Absolutely beautiful location. The photos of the interior/exterior of the home are accurate, but we chose this location for the views and beautiful waterfront access. The house is a great setup with a main floor suite and bath with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The water is VERY hard and has a sulfur-like smell, so I would highly suggest bringing purified drinking water with you. One more point to make is that this house is run by a management company so it’s not very personable, and you may not even get a response back from the Host. Luckily we didn’t have any issues that needed a quick response, but just an FYI. Again, for the price and beautiful location this was a great spot.”
