“Our stay at the Northport beach house was truly unforgettable. We stayed with friends, and the kids had an amazing time making memories together. The house was exactly as described, rustic, charming, and full of character, making it feel like a true home away from home. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the peaceful water and spending mornings watching the sunrise was incredibly calming. If you’re looking for a place where the sound of the water can soothe your soul and the tranquility melts away the stress of everyday life, this is it. This was one of the most peaceful and relaxing stays we’ve ever had, and we would happily return again. Thank you for sharing such a special place!”

“Last minute get away up north. Was hoping for a few days of swimming in the lake and playing in the sand. Was disappointed that the beach was all broken shells and not anything the kids could play on. There were huge rocks in the water as well, so kids didn’t feel safe swimming. House was very musty smelling, many outlets didn’t work. Was a lovely view tho, sunset and sunrises were welcomed and lovely.”

“If you want to stay on Lake Michigan and away from everything, this is the place to be. If you want to go out to eat or to the city for anything you can get to Traverce City in about 35 minutes.”

“We LOVED our stay! It was quaint and felt like a trip back in time. Cute and old fashioned. I really enjoyed the front porch. The view is beautiful and peaceful. We walked the shoreline and found petosky stones. The grill worked great, the campfire was perfect! Even the chairs for outside were quality and comfortable. Not a complaint but a couple notes; the hot and cold are opposite in the shower, there are no cooking sheets so you can’t use the oven unless you bring some, and the coffee maker doesn’t work the best. Overall, we had an AMAZING stay. I would HIGHLY recommend! We will be back with the family for another summer vacation. Thanks!”
