“The house was homey. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had 6 kids with us under the age of 10 and they had a blast in the pool. Monica is a great host. I only needed to contact her once and she was quick to respond and resolve the issue we had.”

“The TLDR: Overall great house for our group, just not an accurate listing or responsive host. Other reviews are accurate. Biggest detractors is that the listing says it hosts 14 people, but it actually only hosts 10. So just be aware if you’re attempting to house a large group together that it only sleeps 10. No street parking but driveway fit 6 cars easily. Pool and hot tub were excellent. No directions were available for the pool cover so we just had to leave it open the whole time. Beach is small and rocky. We decided to visit the public beach for lounging and swimming but the private beach was nice to watch sunset. Additionally, there was significant signage that a “beach flag” was required to use the beach. There was no beach flag in the house, and the host was completely unresponsive during the check in and check out processes when we had questions.”

“Located in well-kept community. Two neighborhood beaches are nice places to see sunsets&for the kids to throw rocks, but not a place for your umbrella& beach chairs - there is no real beach left due to erosion. Small community park/playground at the end of the street. Town beach ($25/day parking), ice cream stand, food market, T-shirt shops are a walkable one mile from house. Lots of breweries and wineries nearby. Pool was a highlight. Motorized pool cover was important because there were five kids. Lots of chairs and tables on the deck. Breezeway rm with long table was convenient for games& great as drop zone for coolers, beach items, shoes. The LR has two gathering areas so it’s easy for everyone to get comfy, tho furn was stained and had holes. BUT house needs a top-to-bottom deep clean/refresh. One BR had double, not queen as listed, and was too squeaky to get sleep. Another bed had no sheets. Some BR had soiled duvet covers &shams. Bed pillows were stained. LL patio not usable.”
