“The day at this property was great overall. I have to say that I was initially quite hesitant because we did have issues with communication right after the initial booking with some delayed responses, but the responses were timely during the stay itself. The unit is quite nice and clean. All of the beds were comfortable. The checkout instructions were easy to understand and not too much work. The area surrounding is a quiet residential area and there is a nice looking apartment loft building across the street. There is some transitional neighborhood and construction projects nearby. Great day overall!”

“The house itself was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is very run down and undesirable. There are some problems with the home, the kitchen is not stocked at all. It needs dishes particularly bowels, glasses and cups. There is no way to cook a meal there, there was only 1 pan, and it was old. You need to invest in some pots and pans. There were no kitchen utensils, colander or storage bowls, or kitchen towels. You could really use a bathroom rug also.”

“This adorable house was spotless and as pictured. Furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being able to access the bike path from the house. There are many restaurants, a few shops, and the farmers market nearby. Short drive to the public beaches. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement and the fire pit! There are a couple issues that could easily be remedied. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was one pan, no pots, only a few bowls, and very little silverware. The side and backyard had weeds that were more than knee high. The house itself is great!”
