“We had a great time here. It felt like a well decorated/kept home of a family member that was cleaned with care. There were a few cobwebs on fixtures/ceilings but no trace of dog hair/odor. It had thoughtful touches of an “oops I forgot drawer, beach toys, beach towels and dog supplies. The washer was great to have on a beach vacation. The tv worked well for the afternoon we got rained in. My only issue was w/security. When we arrived, there was a lockbox by the door w/ exposed numbers that displayed our provided entry passcode but the lockbox was empty. This concerned me because I didn’t know if the key was taken/ missing or if the passcode had not been updated between stays. Dawn was very sympathetic w/ our concern & offered several solutions. From trying to walk us through changing the passcode to contacting the owners. Her customer service was beyond excellent and we were eventually able to get the issue resolved. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beautiful beaches.”

“This vacation rental was great for our family of 5 adults! The rooms were great, the beds comfortable, the shower was good, too. The A/C was strong. We made use of the ping pong table in the garage for some family fun! The property is close to a park that we walked to several times and not too far from the city beach. Restaurants are a short drive to town or the waterfront. Five minutes from the high-speed ferry and that was very convenient for one of our group. We had a few glitches and the folks at Freshwater Rentals were very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this property for a vacation”

“My family of 8 had very comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed the space. The kids liked the ping pong table. This location was so peaceful and extremely close to the beaches, downtown, ice cream and mini golf/go carts!! The host was extremely responsive!”
