“We had a great time here and would recommend it. A great house with wonderful open floor plan. Very close to the beach as advertised. We would book this house again. From the dining room there is a bit of a view of the lake between the neighbor's houses. I'm surprised that wasn't noted in the Airbnb advertisement because we enjoyed seeing a glimpse of the lake from there. We enjoyed the deck for lunch and many evenings. Nice deck. As noted earlier, the floors were gritty and sandy. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job on the floors. All mattresses were great except in the kids room. Those mattresses were terrible. The yard was okay but if someone would spend just 30 minutes cleaning it up, it would be a great improvement. Two old grill grates laying around along with a grill cover scattered on the yard. A bent-up section of downspout and an abandoned rug laying around. And many other things. Its a great place but spend a few minutes cleaning up the junk in the yard.”

“Cute house, looks like the pictures. The immediate neighborhood is peaceful with the exception of the very near by train tracks. We lost power for half a day and the host was quick to respond to see if our needs were met. It is walking distance to the lake, but most of the stairs to the water are closed so access to the beach is limited. Our main purpose for this stay was to enjoy the lake and beach, it happened but we typically had to drive 30-60 minutes to get to our destinations. Overall my family enjoyed the stay especially the deer in the yard each morning. The green spiral staircase is a fun core memory for all.”
