“Isla Fern was an incredible home base for us as we explored all that Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and surrounding environs had to offer. Nestled privately amongst the trees mere minutes from national park land, the house was tastefully and thoughtfully appointed with ultra-comfortable beds, toys for the kids, and plenty of extras and amenities to augment our outdoor adventures. Would definitely stay again when we’re back in the area… which will hopefully be sooner than later!”

“We had an amazing, peaceful & relaxing stay at Isla Fern. We have been visiting the area for over 40 years (since I was a child) & the location was perfect for all of the things we love to do ( Sleeping Bear Dunes, Gwen Frostics, Cherry Bowel Drive Inn, Cherry Hut, etc). The home was perfect with enough space for myself, my boyfriend & my adult kids to be able to spread out and also come together, creating special memories. The setting was beautiful and we loved being surrounded by nature with so much privacy. Thank you so much for hosting us during such a special trip!!!”
