“Very nice property”

“Place was in a great location with enjoyable views, however for what you pay for the place it was disappointing to see very outdated and cheap kitchenware and showers with little to no water pressure also, it needs to be noted that it is a very tight driveway especially if you are bringing a boat. It is also important to note that you are 15-20 min from Holland downtown or any amenities. Freshwater was extremely responsive and tried to help as much as they could. If I was to give feedback I would say that the place is in a beautiful spot with beautiful views but the beach is not well maintained by other property owners as there was trash spread throughout.”

“The views were amazing and the quick access to the beach was great. However, there is a cost to those things.. If you have Verizon you will not have cell service. You can connect to WiFi for calls and texts but only in and immediately around the house. You will not have any reception or service on the beach. You cannot doordash or anything delivered as the drivers cannot find the property with GPS. Given its remote location in nature, you will regularly encounter ants, spiders, and ticks inside the house. If you have young kids like us I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Character limited in this review but find a place that’s more kid friendly. What made it a less than 5 star stay for us was the shape the house was in and cleanliness. There was water n coffee grounds still in the coffee pot, a clogged toilet, and already needed a sweep with the floors grimy. We had to hunt for trash bags and hand soap. The backyard also had not been mowed and was knee/waist high so comp. unusable”

“Beautiful spot. Lots of space for our group. Good location to Holland. The beach was a walkable beach and very private.”
