“We had a great stay! The home was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. While there was an unexpected issue with one of the amenities, they communicated well and handled everything professionally. We’d definitely recommend staying here!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home very much! We stayed here a couple of years ago and the home is still beautiful as ever. It's located in the Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club development. We enjoyed walks on the quiet and shaded roads. It's conveniently located to Harbor Springs. Pond Hill Farm is just a couple miles or less down the road. Hosts were very responsive to any of our inquires. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.”

“We arrived at 9:30pm to a condo that had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. There were dirty dishes, towels in the washer, urine in the toilets, used feminine hygiene products, false eyelashes on the shower/floor, dirty trash cans, spiders, and beds that had been slept in. We have photos and videos documenting everything. A housekeeper arrived at 10:30 p.m. and worked until 12am. She was wonderful and made it livable, but this was not how a family vacation should begin. We were told we could find another rental and that our first night would be refunded. The next morning we waited for a promised callback, putting our vacation on hold, but no one ever called. We contacted Airbnb and eventually unpacked because we couldn’t keep losing vacation time. The worst part was the communication. Promised callbacks never happened, our messages went unanswered, and the promised first-night refund was never issued. Mistakes happen, but failing to make them right is unacceptable.”

“This place was very comfy and had a very homey feel. It had enough room for our family for our family to Not be crowed. They also had some spices and extra items most places don’t think of to include that was helpful!”
