“This condo was absolutely perfect for our family’s needs. This is an annual trip for us to visit my father in law and this property being right at the shores of Lake Michigan provided the perfect gathering space for everyone! Having 3 full bathrooms and the spacious sleeping space worked well for the dynamic of having a 2 year old, but also having young adults in our group. We would definitely book here again in the future!”

“overall found it to be very nice, with clean spaces and great access to the beach. however, a few small things jumped out at me. the listing photos didn't match the actual property, and this was due to some furniture changes, so not the biggest of issues. however, a bigger issue was how much sound transmitted between the upper and lower floor bedrooms. Just walking softly across the floor upstairs sounded like elephants to our downstairs guests. this was really inconvenient due to the fact that we stayed here for our wedding (obvious issue) and want to point out that if you're expecting privacy... don't. some of the furniture had evident wear and tear, more than I would expect for the price point of the property. beyond that, we were not supplied with the gate code for the property when we checked in and had to sit outside with a carload of people while I made phone calls to the rental company to obtain it. again, not a major issue but worth noting because it would be easily rectified.”

“It was difficult to get entry into the unit- perhaps you could give more instructions on how to open the lockbox. I did not feel welcome in this town, sadly. This is why I felt it was too expensive. What a beautiful location and beautiful condo! Glen Arbor is one of the most beautiful places in Michigan. That region is amazing and the land is great.”

“Fantastic unit with incredible views. overall clean and very well stocked. VueStay was quick to initially respond and acknowledge small issues but slow or no response to resolve others. Perhaps they are new to property management and will improve with experience. I would stay again despite my experience with them.”
