“Most of the blinds and many of the lights in the house were broken. Check-in instructions did not seem to apply to our stay, so it was very confusing to get in. Calling directed me to an answering service, waiting on hold and no one picked up. I received a text back almost SIX HOURS later (almost 11pm).bwe eventually figured out we had to try to get in the BACK door. House smelled strange when we finally did get in. Wifi info was different from what was listed in the house, also causing a lot of confusion. There were not enough towels for our family of 5 staying 2 nights.”

“This stay was a perfect spot for exploring the Leelanau Peninsula. Home was comfortable and close to Empire, a little town we grew to love. Easy and clear instructions for getting and and check out procedures. We would definitely come back!”

“A lovely home in a peaceful and private neighborhood, we loved our time in Empire at this house. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed using it as our home base for exploring the area. The AC works great even in a heat wave.”
