“Our stay at Baby Bear was enjoyable, and we made some lovely family memories on Little Glen. That said, future guests should be aware of a few important limitations: there is no wifi, the owner is very present, and day guests are not allowed. We came to the area to visit family, and it was frustrating not to be able to have them over to enjoy the lake and build sandcastles. The owner only reluctantly allowed my in-laws to visit for an hour. While the location is beautiful, these restrictions affected our experience, and we would not stay here again.”

“Location good. Not as updated as photos implied. We had issue with not enough hot water: cold in the midst of a bath for children or a shower for the adults after the people were soaped up! Very frustrating and uncomfortable. We had to wait a long time for the water to at least turn luke warm or struggle with a cold shower. We alerted Nicole Marie. We wondered if it might just need the hot water heater setting to be turned up. She did not respond to that. She offered for someone to check on it. It meant someone waiting around on the last full day of our 3 day stay. Or a stranger entering when we were not there. So we declined and tried to make the best of it. Afterwards we asked Nicole Marie for a discount. Even if it had been fixed, it would have affected us for at least two thirds of our stay. Nicole Marie refused. When someone came in after we left all they had to do was increase the hot water setting. We asked Air BnB to help. NM still refused and denied there had been a problem!”

“What a lovely gem! This home is located very close to Glen Arbor and a prime location for access to all the Lake Michigan beaches, the sand dunes and not too far from Leland for a day trip. The cottage is set off the road with beautiful trees, flowers and a wonderful deck for morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker and a Keurig, utensils, and all the dishes you’ll need along with all kitchen related cooking tools. The bedrooms are well appointed with a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. I would highly recommend this cottage to families and would definitely book again in the future. Also the host was available our entire stay and communicated promptly.”
