“Very comfortable home for our group of 10. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is nice seating in the living room, the beds are comfy and the ping pong & air hockey tables were great hits with all. The house was very clean and well supplied with towels, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Our group was aged 2-81 and we all were comfortable.”

“Beautiful space with gorgeous water view! Convenient to downtown Traverse City and only 20-26 from Sleeping Bear Dunes. Beds were comfortable…only complaint is pillows are too high/thick and tough on the neck. Otherwise a great getaway!”

“House was clean, beds comfortable home was very well-appointed. Everything in the kitchen from kitchen-aid mixer to air fryer. Plenty towels and linens. Washer dryer worked well. Nice grill with plenty gas. Lots of games and good streaming TV. Easy walk to the village for park, beach, library, bowling, restaurants and bakery. Appreciated the beach towels.”

“Great location for a long weekend in TVC, especially if downtown will be the anchor of the trip. 7 min walk to heart of front street, right next to two great local eateries (Rare Bird & Archie’s) and easy access to the peninsula. Would recommend as a home base anytime!”

“Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. Upon arrival we noticed a musty smell coming from the lower level. Because our children and grandchildren weren’t arriving until Monday, we closed the door to that level.After my daughter spent Monday night she experienced a migraine headache. I suspected mold (ceiling tiles had damp stain from water). I communicated to the property manager my concern because now all eight of us had to share the upstairs and one bath. The next day the property owner came by with a man who tested for mold. We were told we would have the results 2 days later. Now, 5 days after check out, I am still awaiting the results, despite several requests. I can only assume the test was positive. Others in our family also experienced symptoms commonly associated with mold. Besides mold, the kitchen was infested with large black ants and had a number of dirty pans under the sink. The outdoor deck was partially rotten and lacked safety rails. Airbnb gave a small refund.”
