“Everything was as expected. Easy but secure entry and a clean functional apartment. The location was close to museums and other attractions we were in town for.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this cute, quaint apartment. No problems entering the building. Elevator was not slow. Comfortable furniture and beds. Shower/Water pressure was good Parking does get a little tight on Kirby but always found a spot less than 1/2 a block away We would stay here, again, if returning to Detroit!”

“Pros: large unit, nice neighborhood, great entry instructions, decent price. Very clean everywhere other than back edge of sink spout/handles. Cons: great kitchen but no table to sit and eat anything. A/c didn’t cool well and had 3 separate programs per day to default it back up to 75. So I would lower and at the next scheduled time it would turn off. This left me sweating overnight. I had to go back and forth with mgmt to get info on how to fix and even then it was not great instructions. The vents in the bedroom were also mostly stuck shut-only 2 slats were partly open. Needs to be fixed I felt like I was talking to ai the whole time - seemed rigid and like my messages were not fully understood. $50 per hour for early check in when the unit wasn’t occupied night before with no exception was excessive when I just wanted to drop off stuff. Needs more pillows and the bed was missing top sheet - luckily I found one that was hopefully clean - looked like a toddler folded it.”

“We had a wonderful time at this property! Very clean and exactly as described in photos. The only complaint was that the host was very firm that check in was at 4PM even thought it showed 3PM on the listing and within two of their messages to us. Very strange but not a huge deal. We enjoyed our stay.”
