“This property is very close to my family's house which was THE reason for renting it. I left a list of suggestions to improve the property. The first day there was no heat. The management had it fixed on the second day. The house is old and the furnishings are minimal. I left a list of items that could add to the comfort of the house. I should have been told that I would have to log into my tv subscriptions to be able to watch shows.”
