“Great location and clean very well appointed house. Everything you would need was provided. Complete kitchen with all the extras, coffee, expresso, popcorn and ice cream machines, spices, and more. Back deck with a grill, smoker, and fire pit was nice. Front patio had a six piece table set. We didn’t lite the smokeless pit but nice option. Really enjoyed the large screened front deck, very comfortable. Beach was nice and private, only 2 blocks from the house. Had a great time.”

“My group had a great time at Vashmar! We loved the little community it was in, the soda shop for ice cream, the tiny beach next door with a fire pit, yard space to play games, and of course the amazing views inside and outside of the house. The team at Jaqua were all friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The house itself is old and has a very weird layout. The bathroom situation is not ideal for a large group since the bathrooms are all within the bedrooms and if you don’t have a bathroom in your room, you’d have to walk through others rooms to use them. For a short term stay, it was doable. I did bring my rating down to 3 stars because it wasn’t disclosed that one of the bedrooms was on the lower level of the house and had a completely separate outside entrance. Also 2 of the bathrooms showed signs of mold on the ceilings. The carpets were not cleaned and had dirt and stains on them. Also the house had a lot of bugs inside. Overall, this house is great but needs some love!”
