“We had a rocky start. We arrived at our place late at night and it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous renters because of some miscommunication with the cleaning crew so we had to quickly arrange a hotel that allowed dogs. They refunded our night and were very communicative, which was nice. Overall, our trip was pretty good. The house was a short walk to the beach and was well equipped with everything we needed, including some fun games to have a family game night.”

“This is an AMAZING off-grid getaway! With plenty of room for a large group, our family was able to spend time together in different spaces—the spacious living room and kitchen, the gazebo with its breathtaking lake views, and the beach just a short walk from the house. The beach felt wonderfully secluded, with plenty of room to explore. The calm, welcoming water was perfect even for young children, and we loved discovering the many beautiful rocks along the shore. After returning from the beach, we could hang our items on the clothesline outside before moving inside to cook our meals, which made everything feel easy and comfortable. You can also connect with nature right on the back porch, where chipmunks and birds visit as you watch the most gorgeous sunsets. Truly, this place offers everything someone could wish for to disconnect from real life. Jaqua was extremely responsive and helpful with all inquiries. The detailed check-in information was invaluable. Highly recommend!”
