“The house and location were great. It was a nice way to stay together with extended family. There were great toys for kids already there and a number of helpful things we could use. Communication with the property mgmt company wasn’t great and it seems like they don’t know their property well. The initial response was always quick, but they weren’t always helpful or accurate. We asked before the trip if there was a fire pit and wood. They said they would check, and then after I followed up, they said there wasn’t one. But there was one. Then nest thermostat was set very cold (65) and it was locked so we couldn’t control it. I reached out asking if they or we could change it. They said we could change it and gave details on how to troubleshoot a non-nest thermostat. After I clarified the details again, they said they’d talk to the local team. No response after a 1/2 day, so I followed up. Someone came later and had to talk with the owner to unlock it.”

“This was a beautiful, clean home stocked with all the essentials and more. The record player and albums were a nice touch and the screened in back porch was the perfect breakfast spot. We were in a private area close to the beaches and all of our favorite places.”
