“Had issues at check-in with house not been cleaned which delayed our check-in. Third Coast did provide a credit. Thank you. House was spacious for our large group and conveniently located to towns and beaches. lots of options to get out and explore. Listing says space for 5 cars but email 2 days before checking stated 2 spaces. Given our large group we needed more than 2 so get that squared away ahead of time”

“Nice space. Biggest issue which I expect others to not have to deal with is that we did not have AC for the last two nights. They did try to get it fixed, but their correspondence and communication we’re not great. There were some other things in the house that did not work, including a ceiling fan, which became more important after the AC went out. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful interior. In case it matters for you, the mattresses were.VERY soft and almost every guest commented on that.”
