“This house was a fantastic place to stay for a busy vacation in the Mackinaw area! It’s just minutes from Mackinaw City and within walking distance of a general store with everything we needed, including food, pizza, camping supplies, firewood, and even hard-serve ice cream—a perfect treat after a day of exploring! We enjoyed taking a short walk to the Lake Michigan beaches and even made the quick drive to the Dark Sky Park for some amazing stargazing. Back at the house, we relaxed with some of our favorite movies and enjoyed a fun bonfire cookout before winding down in the comfortable beds. Having private rooms for Mom, Dad, and the two kids was a huge plus! There is so much to see and do in the area. If we’d had more time, we definitely would have visited Wilderness State Park. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this house for a Mackinaw-area getaway!”
