“Loved how close this home is located to the stores and restaurants of Birmingham! Location cannot be beat! Communication with the host was fantastic. Home was very clean. The outdoor patio was very relaxing. The only negative was the upkeep on the place was disappointing. Think aesthetic things such as broken lamp shade, ripped blinds, lights burnt out. The amount paid didn't reflect the upkeep on some of the simple things. The Good: - Patio is beautiful. There is a covered deck which I found great for exercising - bring a yoga mat! - There are 2 washer and dryers - great for if you have lots of laundry! - Beautiful double doors to the patio from most rooms! - Very clean The Negatives: - Upstairs can get very warm. They have fans, but they can't keep the upstairs as cool as the lower levels. - There aren't any stainless steel pans or utensils (if this is important to you). Nonstick cookware and plastic bowls/utensils. - Upkeep: multiple lights out, rips in shades, etc.”

“We had an enjoyable time staying at this Airbnb. It was a big group but we all stayed there comfortably. The communication was excellent and the house was very convenient to a park, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Having double washers and dryers came in handy. The house was clean, stylishly updated and was perfect for our family.”
