StayArbor Hospitality

StayArbor Hospitality's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

This was just one of most beautiful airbnbs. Very spacius, clean and gave that extra feeling of comfort. Very recommended.

Great location, but I felt the bnb was a little unkept. Dirty coffee table with marks/scratches. And unkept landscaping. There was a roof leak, which I don’t expect is hosts fault, but it felt like less attention to detail was being given. Otherwise, I have a pleasant stay and the location is worth it. AC works well, loved the work area too.

The photos make the place look much better than the actual house. It also has an old house smell to it. Rooms are good size and showers have good pressure.

This was an okay stay for what we needed. We were in town for a concert so we were really only there to sleep and get ready each morning. The apartment is much smaller than how the photos look online - especially the bathroom. We had 4 people staying here and I can't imagine if the 6 person maximum was trying to use that tiny bathroom. There were also quite a few ants in the house. The beds were comfortable, but the noise level from the apartment below was excessive, especially at 4am the first night... The location was also less then ideal. It's a bit of a walk along a busy road to get to downtown and the campus. Lastly, the instructions for finding the place were only helpful for the daytime. Trying to find the home and use the stairs at night was difficult with no exterior lights. We paid a lot for this Airbnb and I'm guessing it's because the concert weekend caused an increase in prices across the board. So based off how much we paid, I'd say we were disappointed with the product.

We had a lovely stay here for a summer weekend in Ann Arbor. Perfect location next to the big house! Only complaint is description as it can fit up to eight and I would say comfortably six adults can stay there, including one pullout couch and a single bathroom. Nice backyard as well!

This home is not luxury. The yard and maintenance within the home and outside is not up kept. I just tried to write a review however there is not enough character space to list out what went wrong at this house. We were up there for our daughter’s wedding. The first three days I had to call the company and have somebody come over to fix various items in the home. After the third day of me having to try to deal with these issues and tend to our daughter’s wedding, I finally told the company that we would deal with it, and I would address the concerns afterwards. They were sending maintenance guys over 7, 8, 9 o’clock at night, and on the rehearsal wedding day, someone needed be there between one and two and they were still there while we were trying to get ready. Inconvenience and absolutely horrible. Pictures, videos, and more details upon request. We don’t mind spending a lot of money for an actual luxury house. This is way overpriced for what you get, and or don’t get.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was cute and cozy with plenty of space for our group. The cleaning could have been more thorough but other than that we were happy with our stay.

Very beautiful interior just as the pictures! Me and my family wanted to stay the full 7 days but we hardly stayed there because my baby was fussy and we could not sleep in that house. Whoever died in that house is not at peace at all so we couldn’t be at peace. Spirits are visible to young babies and she wouldn’t leave my child alone. No matter how cold the AC would be I got chills to the point I’m sweating out my sleep and I would wake up in a bed full of ants. There was no food in the rooms. My husband had a much worse experience but I won’t be able to fit it all in the review. Hence, we couldn’t stay there for the full week. If it was me and my husband in the house we could’ve deal with it just not once it comes to our child. I didn’t reach out to the host because it’s not something they can call someone to fix. They need a priest to come there so they can get her out so she can be at peace. As I said, it’s just as beautiful as it was described, but I would never book again!

Lovely home, well done renovation. Quiet neighborhood with shopping options nearby and close to highway. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the home fully since we stayed during a wind storm and had to suffer through wide spread power outages with temps in the 90s - no solutions provided by host. Worked with Airbnb directly for partial refund and hotel relocation.
