“Awesome place with a central location to anywhere you want to travel to for the day. We did Traverse City, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear, Beulah, and Arcadia.”

“I chose to stay here to have a reliable place to work from all week while I was traveling through Traverse City. After arrival, I quickly found that the internet was not working. I immediately contacted True North who eventually did try to find a solution to the issue. Long story short, they dropped off a mobile hotspot for us to use two days after check-in…and it worked for less than 24 hours. I stayed for 7 days and had working internet for maybe 3 days total. Aside from this issue, a screen fell out of the window when we had them open for air flow, the kitchen isn’t stocked with enough equipment to be able to cook meals very well, and the TVs (all Amazon Fire TVs) were unusable with no internet…not to mention the bedroom TVs were locked with a PIN. This is in the listing, but be aware that there are only bunk beds and a pull out couch (that we were unable to pull out). I’ll be sure not to book with this property management company again.”

“We had a great trip up north and this home was very nice and clean. This home would be perfect for a family vacation and is tucked away. With that being said.. the description has some wild takes. There is no chance this place would sleep 8 comfortably with two bunk beds and a couch unless you moved all the furniture and had two extra blow up mattresses. The $233 cleaning fee is outrageous for an 800 sqft home. Extremely reasonable without the cleaning fee. The WiFi hasn’t worked for over 6 days which was a huge problem. I missed a work meeting Friday because of the wifi and no cell service and had no good excuse for my boss because we were supposed to have WiFi. We were also unable to watch football on Saturday. For two fishermen we were only at the home to sleep and relax in the evenings and it was very clean and we loved that if it rained on us all day, we had a washer and dryer to use.”
