Enjoy Unique Stays in Berrien Springs, Michigan

“The home was nice and comfortable. There is a park across the street that stays open until 11:00pm. It is a busy park, mostly family and people with dogs. From the windows you see people coming and going. It did not bother us but something that should be known.”

“The home was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a positive experience while staying. However, advertising as an entire townhouse is inaccurate and misleading. There is no access to the basement which housed other tenants, for us, unexpectedly as we missed the note in the description. This made the stay not private as advertised. We politely said hello when our paths would cross as we were in and out a lot for our event but it made us hyper aware of the noise our children were making not to disturb the downstairs tenants. They seem to have no issue but this definitely affected our stay vs us picking a place that is completely private. Not having access to a washer and dryer while advertising bodies of water nearby creates an extra burden for travelers. Please consider suggesting laundromats near by. Another suggestion is to add a trash can to each bedroom and lamps by the besides. Beside the few notes we had a wonderful stay and would book again.”

“This was one of the cleanest places I've stayed in. Between being all new on the inside and the diligent job of the housecleaning staff - it was very welcoming without a spot of dirt. It was very peaceful as well deep in the woods. The deck was also nice. Just a heads up - There is a resident in a back part of the building, but you don't notice them with the way the building is set up. It still feels very private. I would stay here again !”

“Pros: the home was spacious, private, and matched the listing. They had extra towels and even a few games available for our group to enjoy. Cons: Check-In was listed at 4pm, but the host texted shortly after that they were still cleaning. We were flexible, so it wasn't a huge deal. By 5:30pm, the house was ready (there was still old food in the fridge but whatever). Immediately upon entering the home, we noticed the shared bathroom faucet on. It sounded like a shower was running. Coincidentally, someone in our group was a former plumber and assessed that the faucets were stripped. You could turn both of them without stopping the water fully. We immediately texted the hosts with a picture (no response) then messaged on here, too. We finally got a response back that they would connect with someone from the team to assist us, but we got 0 follow up. The continously sound was annoying, but the absolute waste of water for days was more disappointing. Please fix!”
