“We stayed here for a long weekend with our 4 year old daughter and our friends (another couple with two kids-one infant and a 2 year old). The house was stunning and spacious, decor was tasteful and perfectly matched the farm house vibe. We knew about the stairs ahead of time, and didn’t feel like it was a problem with our three young kiddos. We were truly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen and appreciated the yummy coffee beans that we were able to grind freshly each morning. All bathrooms were well equipped too. Lovely home in quiet, private and peaceful setting close to St. Joseph and all the things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!”

“we rented this house for the 4th of july. we had trouble getting in because the lock was not working. when we were finally able to get inside, there were noticeable ants in the kitchen which got all over our food and our baby's stuff. there is a noticeable stain on the carpet as well as on the main bed on the comforter. the floor was not clean. would not recommend staying here”

“This house was exactly as advertized - an older home with antique charm. But it was not very kid friendly - lots of sharp corners, breakable decor, etc. and no amenities for young kids (pack and play, gates, high chairs, sippy cups, etc. ). They also didn't have beach towels even though they advertise proximity of the beach many times in the listing. however, the host was very communicative and the place was accurately described, clean and well maintained, it was just not a good fit for our family with quite young kids!”
