“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The location on Lake Michigan is hard to beat, with gorgeous sunsets from the back deck, a quiet beach, and incredible views of Pyramid Point and the Manitou Islands. The setting felt peaceful and private, even with neighboring homes nearby, thanks to the wooded surroundings. The cottage itself is cozy and full of the old cabin charm, with thoughtful modern updates that make it very comfortable. It looked a little different than the photos, but in a good way—the owners appear to be making ongoing improvements, and everything that wasn’t pictured felt like an upgrade. For example, the listing mentioned queen beds, but there were actually king beds, which was a pleasant surprise. We had a fantastic stay with young children, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Already looking forward to coming back again!”

“Dan Dan and her team did a great job. The place was as described and they did a hood job. Things I wish were different and not in their control at all, i wish it was a little closer to downtown because of the contruction traffic and I wish the beach was tidier, which again is out of their control. All in all, I would definitely stay at another place of theirs in the future and actually I have stayed at a different place of theirs two years ago.”
