“You cannot beat the beach access with lovely patio. We loved our evenings watching the long sunsets. The pool was perfection, just the right temp and size. We all enjoyed it so much!”

“This house has such a beautiful setting! Right on the lake, so quiet and peaceful. We spent most of our time outside on the beach and enjoying a fire at night and it met our expectations! The only thing that would have made the outside more enjoyable would be a clearer path to walk down to the water. The current path is very thin and the grass and flowers have overgrown into it. Inside, the house is exactly like the pictures and we enjoyed the layout as a family of 3 - plenty of sleeping options and areas to gather as a family. The house is set in a beautiful wooded lot which adds so much charm but the slight downside is cobwebs outside on the deck and there were lots of large ants inside the house. I think it’s just the price you pay for an excellent location/setting but may deter some from the experience. We really enjoyed Glen Arbor, an adorable town just over 15 minutes away, easy drive - many food options there. Overall, I’d recommend this place based on the property and location”

“This is a great property and location. Everything is as it seems and appears in the photos. It is stocked with all sorts of kitchen, bathroom and coffee accessories. There are about 10 - 15 properties on this stretch of beach so it feel like you have the beach to yourself. It is a short drive to downtown Leeland and about the same to the boat launch in Lake Leelanau. About 15 minutes to Glen Arbor and quick drive to Suttons Bay. We would defintely return.”
