“Great Northern Michigan cabin. Great location, the wood stove kept the cabin very comfortable overnight. We were in town for a quick trip and wish we were able to spend more time!”

“Personally I think this rental is overpriced. It’s a good location and waterfront but unless it’s a holiday or event weekend it’s not worth the price. The shower was comical and with no ac you’d think there would at least be a fan or two but we had to go purchase our own. And yeah it’s not a huge deal but when you’re traveling 18 hrs you don’t want to have to bring fans. The lake was nice and our neighbors were friendly. The host communicates well and gives clear instructions. They have floats and a paddle board that my older kids enjoyed. It is also very convenient to the marina and downtown area of Elk Rapids. I would stay here again depending on the cost. Overall we enjoyed our stay on Birch Lake.”
