“This place is located in a nice neighborhood. The small beach that is close by is very nice. But this house needs major updating, stains on all of the furniture and the carpeted bedrooms was a little unsettling”

“Could be better stocked in terms of kitchen essential. Nice yard with fire pit. Canoe/kayak is only theoretically usable since the nearest water entry point is almost a half mile away.”

“House is nicely renovated however we had a very warm summer week and the AC ended up being a huge issue. House has 1 mini split AC unit in the family room which is the opposite end of the house from the 2 bedrooms? Prepare to crank it to 61 which is as low as the smart home feature will let it go. There was no cooling mechanism at all in the 2 bedrooms. We had our kids in the bunkbed room which clocked in at 87 degrees at check in and we couldn't get it to cool down all night long. Not even a fan was provided to try and move air through the house. Expecting 1 mini split system to cool an entire house is a very poor design- especially since most people close bedroom doors. We also found house centipedes in our son's luggage which another customer reported in a different review due to the excess moisture. The customer support was not helpful. Offered 0 solutions and told me that the AC unit is efficient. No apologies for the issue. Won't be back.”
