“Absolutely gorgeous spot, the view did not disappoint! Lovely place, comfortable, and nothing beats the porch.”

“This house was beautiful - located a couple of homes away from the water, with water access to a small beach ~5 min walking. Located well, easy to get to, beautiful sun room, and well equipped. The place was close to Hyannis, had plenty of parking and space, and a well kept back garden and grill. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean, well stocked with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, and toiletries. Overall we enjoyed our stay! However, there are some areas where the home could use some redoing - some chairs had stains on them. The kitchen, although well stocked, had pans that were very damaged and old, along with oven mitts / cloth pot holders and cloth napkins that were very dirty, stained, with food residue on them. When bending under the bed / cabinets to pick something up in the bedrooms there was a ton of dust under. Would recommend some restocking of pots / pans / kitchen equipment! The plates / glasses etc were in very good condition.”
