“While the house itself is large and in a great location, I can't help but share our disappointment throughout our stay. Although noted in the description, we were disappointed by the steep fees for linens and absolutely zero necessities onsite. No dish soap, hand soap, hand towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. For an expensive airbnb like this one - you'd expect some needs to be met. Even more frustrating, the linens were delivered in a box rather than being placed on the beds—especially surprising given the extra charge. To make matters worse, the initial set arrived stained and covered in hair, and the towels had an unpleasant fishy smell. Beyond the linen issues, the house felt disorganized and didn’t comfortably accommodate a group; the main living room area only had a small futon that seats two people, making it difficult to relax or spend time together indoors. Overall we were disappointed with this Airbnb experience.”

“This house on Baxter Ave was a wonderful house for our stay. There was more than enough space for our family consisting of 2 Grandparents, Mom & Dad and a 17 and 15 year old teenager. It was perfect that everyone had their own bedroom (especially the teens!) and the 3 bathrooms were essential. The house was well stocked and although it was on the "main" street into the neighborhood, it was very quiet to traffic and nice to walk after dinner or early morning! Our only recommendations are: 1) The home needs coffee tables and end tables in both of the sitting areas. There is no place to set down your coffee or cocktail 2) The main sitting room (with the TV) could use an update on the furniture. The couch and chairs (2 of which just seem to be dining room chairs) are not very comfortable to sit and chat. Other than those minor recommendations, this place is amazing for a group of "basically" 6 adults!”

“We had a very enjoyable week at this beautiful, clean house. It was nicely equipped with everything we needed. All rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close enough to many places that we wanted to visit during our week in Cape Cod.”

“The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 especially with the nice yard. It was walkable to a lovely beach with fun crabbing for the kids and water that was shallow pretty far out, great for young swimmers. Yarmouth has plenty to do locally or within 15-20 minutes. Rail trail nearby was amazing (Dennis Cycle Center was super-friendly), mini-golf, ice cream, beaches, shopping, etc. were all close.”
