“The house was great, comfortable and cozy. Plenty of blankets and pillows etc. Missed out on an outdoor shower, but still a great location especially with little kids. Bray farm is walkable right down the street and the Dennis beaches at low tide are great for little kids and very close. Just get there early so you can find parking.”

“We had a nice stay but definitely felt some things were slightly off. First, the nearest beaches are private, so you’re a 15 minute walk from a beach. Second, this place had no beach towels which felt strange in a beach town. Third, the furniture is all very uncomfortable from the beds to the couches to the bar stools. Last, most vacation rental places have basic cooking equipment like tin foil and seasoning and that wasn’t available either.”

“We were not notified that there is construction going on across the street. The construction starts at 7 AM on weekdays. The Wi-Fi is shoddy and we lost Internet during a very important event on the TV. Door knobs fell off and the TV in the kitchen did not work. Also, the landscaping in the backyard was awful. Weeds coming up through the deck planks everywhere. Will not rent again.”

“Nice place but the 9am checkout time is not acceptable for any form of lodging. Sink and bathtub faucet should be fixed.”
