“Martha Murray and her team are very responsive, really pleasant, and super easy to deal with. I'd definitely rent from them again! For the specific property - more good than bad! House was clean, and the living room is really welcoming with nice reclining couches. AC in every room so temp is comfortable, and a nice back porch. Good location, ~5min walk to the beach alongside the river and ~8min walk to the beach by the ocean. Both beach areas are pretty nice - crowded but not in an unpleasant way. Some items to be aware of: window shades are old/cheap, so most rooms flood with light very early in the AM. The stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep with no real railing (common in Cape cottages) so safety should be considered for older and younger family members. We also had a few mice spotted in the house (eek!), but I'm sure the owners will take care of it. The critters didn't bother us too much, but it felt weird not to mention them in a good-faith review.”

“The best thing about this condo was the location in reference to the beach. The description stated this was air conditioned. While there were 2 air conditioners for the entire condo neither of them cooled the place down. It was 90* and extremely humid the entire week so 2 air conditioners definitely didn’t cut it. I wouldn’t say it was clean- it was neat but the floors turned your feet black and clearly hadn’t been washed in a very long time. Considering you pay a cleaning fee, I’m not sure what is cleaned besides the bathrooms. Because it gets so humid and there’s carpeting all around the condo it gets a musty smell. My wife has COPD and her breathing was significantly worse because of this and the lack of air conditioning. There were beach items provided which was convenient. For what this condo cost, I definitely expected a little more.”
