“Really amazing location. We loved being able to walk a 7 minute beautiful trail through the woods to get to the best ocean beach. Also loved the access to Gull Pond. The house was cool - but needs some love and attention to make it reach its full potential. The separate studio was farther away than ideal, so none of the kids wanted to stay there alone. But it was really clean and comfortable .”

“I have been back to Welfleet for many years (30) and I love the beaches, town and woods. I found 13 Duck Lane very last minute this year. The outside of the property needs some maintenance, but the inside is airy, clean, simple and comfortable for my family and friends.”
