“The interior of the house and the view were as lovely as expected. We actually found it fun that we had to plan activities so that we didn’t have to cross the causeway at high tide when it was flooded. The tap water is a little salty and left dishes spotted. As long as you have your own drinking water, not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would return!”

“A lovely home! Beautiful, private, good common space. Perfect size for 6 adults. Private and as described. Not 5 stars because it’s cold and musty in the third basement bedroom (we stayed in Sept) and there are sugar ants in the kitchen (lost a box of pastries). Also there’s very little interior insulation so you’re going to hear your guests do just about everything.”

“This was a very pleasant stay and has the charm of the traditional Cape Cod cottage. If you are expecting "perfection" in your accommodation, then it may not be the best fit. But if you appreciate the character of a classic cottage "feel", with a few modern amenities, then it's a great choice. The location is excellent...and a very short walk to a private beach is great.”

“We loved that this cottage was a quick walk to Lecount Beach while also being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood! That was the highlight of our stay. It worked out alright for working remotely during the week with strong WiFi, however I wouldn’t recommend planning to cook many meals here. The kitchen oven is difficult to open/close and the setup is very tight. Take note that the BBQ grill is a charcoal rack style (we did not see charcoal provided). We had a bit of a problem with knats and small kitchen ants as well. I think with some improvements this Airbnb could be really great and more comfortable for 1-2 people.”
