“The place was very clean and well-equipped, albeit kind of cramped and cluttered with beachy kitsch. Decent place to stay for August in the Cape, if this is your budget. I found the 4pm check -in to be rather late, and the 10am check-out quite early.”

“Amazing location with a nice private beach right across the street. The futon bed was a little broken but still useable. Free Shuttle to provincetown was very convenient.”

“Across the road from the beach, but not on the beach. Very, very tiny space. The photos are real but with a fish eye lens and amazing lighting. Easy in and out, the shuttle to Provincetown comes right to the place.”
