“The house itself is beautifully curated. The view is beyond spectacular and the cleanliness was pristine. I asked many times about the location and how quiet it is and was assured it was very quiet. Unfortunately there is a very close year round neighbor with a clear view of the house. He sits on his deck all day until after dark, blasting a rock music station & talk radio while literally staring directly at this rental for hours and hours. He stood at the property line with a dog staring at us. He watched us when we were coming or going and in the yard. He sat each night staring with a cellphone lighting up his face. This happened all but the first day when it was raining. We had to put a tablecloth on one window to obscure his view at night and kept all the curtains drawn. We felt scared and were upset with the noise and contacted the agency multiple times and were met with a "call the police" and "no one else has ever complained". We are shaken by this experience”
